Free Spa at Home Ideas
It's Saturday morning, and my appointment book is free for a few hours. What shall I do with this precious time? I think a home spa session.
There are lots of miscellaneous beauty odds 'n ends in my linen closet, and I'm putting them to use today. A spa-soothing tonic by Princess Marcella Borghese, Terme di Montecatini hair cleansing treatment, Beverly Hills Beauty Factory Magic Mud, OPI pedicure lotions, and more. Many of these products are samples that I've had for years...hope they haven't gone bad!
Today's Spa Menu
1. Comb conditioner through dry hair and pile on top of head.
2. Exfoliate face. I'm using Neutrogena Deep Clean Gentle Scrub.
2. Apply facial mask. (The Magic Mud I mentioned above.)
3. Nails. My manicure is good, so I just applied a new top coat.
4. Shower and steam out nasal passages.
(Gotta keep those cold and flu germs away!)
5. Facial tonic and moisturizer.
6. Quick hair blow-out & spray with thermal heat protectant for next step.
7. Fill up the foot spa with hot water and tea tree oil.
I'm setting up a little station where I can soak
my feet while I use an In Styler on my hair. If you
do something like this, be careful to keep electric hair
appliances away from your foot spa!
8. Make-up and body spray.
Happy Saturday!
